Job Summary The Distribution Performance Manager is responsible for developing and continuously improving the performance management framework across the Distribution function. The role delivers high-quality analytics, reporting, forecasting tools, and governance processes that transform complex data into actionable business insights. By providing visibility of performance, risks, and opportunities, the role supports informed decision-making, effective commercial planning, and the achievement of Distribution targets.

The position also leads a small team of analysts and drives continuous improvement in reporting, data quality, and analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities Own and enhance the Distribution performance management framework across Wholesale and Retail channels.

Deliver insightful analysis on business performance, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.

Translate complex commercial and financial data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reporting suites, and analytical outputs used in weekly, monthly, forecasting, and planning cycles.

Ensure KPI consistency, reporting accuracy, and robust governance processes across all performance reporting.

Partner with Finance, Data, and Technology teams to improve data integrity and reporting efficiency.

Design and implement scalable analytical models, reporting tools, and self-service solutions.

Automate recurring reporting and analysis processes to improve efficiency and insight generation.

Support planning, forecasting, target setting, reforecasting, and scenario analysis across key performance drivers, including TTV, revenue, margin, and client overrides.

Prepare performance review materials and provide ongoing visibility of business performance against targets.

Monitor and track agreed actions, milestones, and expected financial outcomes, highlighting delivery risks where required.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Analysts, ensuring high analytical standards and effective prioritisation.

Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, documentation, quality controls, and knowledge sharing.
