Brand Experience Coordinator (Temporary Contract)
At Iberostar Group we are looking for a Brand Experience Coordinator to join our Global Brand team temporarily (to cover maternity leave) based in Palma de Mallorca.

Main mission:
The Global Brand Experience Coordinator is a Brand guardian and will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard of quality.
Job Location:
On-site, Palma de Mallorca Headquarters, Spain.
- Reporting to the Global Brand Experience Director, your main responsibilities will include:
- Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans, including detailed timelines, and budget allocation.
- Execution: Coordinate the execution of work streams with agencies and internal stakeholders:
- Creative Development: Actively participate in the development and refinement of experiences, marketing materials, including briefs, copy, and visual assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Creative Review & POV: Apply a critical perspective (Point of View) when reviewing creative assets and deliverables, providing constructive feedback to internal and external creative teams to maintain high standards and strategic alignment.
- Implementation Guide Development: Develop detailed implementation guides and brand standards to ensure consistent and effective rollout of brand experiences across all channels and markets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, content, and regional marketing teams to translate project objectives into impactful brand experiences.
- Monitoring: Monitor project progress, track milestones, and identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Budget Management: Track project budget spend and submit expenses in line with company policies and procedures.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related updates. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Closing: Conduct post-project evaluations, lessons learned, and ensure all project deliverables are formally signed off and archived.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Brand Communications or similar. Valuable Master's Degree in Brand Experience, Neuro Marketing or similar.
- Experience / Background: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in brand project management, developing creative brand experiences. Deep understanding of leisure travel consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Experience in the hospitality sector is desirable. Hotel experience is a plus. Experience across multiple segments (select, premium, luxury) a plus.
- Languages: High level of spoken and written Spanish and English is a must (Advanced level B2+ / C1).
- Tools: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, AI tools
