The Crew Network (TCN), the recruitment division of leading, global luxury yacht brokerage company, Fraser Yachts, is the longest serving professional and fully MLC compliant Crew Recruitment and Placement Agency in the world today.

In 30 years, our multinational, multilingual teams have successfully filled over 10,000 positions ranging from Deckhands to Master Mariners, across all departments including the Engine Room and Interiors, on vessels from 24m (79′) to over 216m (709′).

The Crew Network is looking for a dynamic Crew Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Palma de Mallorca.

Position Overview

The Crew Recruitment Consultant will interview crew and fully vet their references and licenses. They will carry out thorough search and selection of potential candidates. Present a timely shortlist that closely matches the requirements of a detailed client brief and ensure client and crew satisfaction by lasting results and after‑sales service.

The Crew Recruitment Consultant will work as a member of the local office and global Crewing Teams; often liaising closely with Fraser Yacht Management and using Company procedures and Professional recruitment practices to achieve goals.

Key

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Interviewing crew
  • Reference and license checking
  • Utilizing CRM and social media to source crew
  • Ensuring MLC compliance
  • Maintaining and updating crew records and populating assigned software
  • Reception and general administrative duties
  • Presenting the client with shortlists
  • Actively selling and marketing TCN services – particularly on social media
  • Attending boat shows

Essential skills and qualifications

  • Working knowledge of industry tools (job boards, social media, etc.)
  • Fluent spoken and written English a must. Candidates with Spanish/German and other languages preferred
  • Enjoy sales and marketing
  • Wish to build long‑term relationships
  • Operational and efficient workstyle
  • Thrives under pressure and resilient to disappointments
  • Good at multi‑tasking

You must hold an EU passport or work permit valid in Spain
