What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service for every guest.
Managing a team of front-of-house and back-of-house professionals, inspiring them to consistently deliver outstanding experiences.
Maintaining top-tier standards of quality while handling a high-volume environment (300+ covers).
Delivering an unforgettable guest experience that showcases the best of Mediterranean food and hospitality.
Training, mentoring, and developing the team to foster a culture of excellence and growth.
Collaborating with the head chef and culinary team to ensure the menu reflects the finest Mediterranean flavours and seasonal produce.
Ensuring smooth communication between all departments to achieve operational excellence.
Managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability while never compromising on quality or service.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience :
Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant, ideally with Mediterranean or similar cuisine. You've led a large team and successfully managed service for 300+ covers.
Leadership : A natural leader who can motivate and inspire a diverse team. You know how to get the best out of people and build a strong, cohesive team culture.
Passion for Mediterranean Food : A deep love for Mediterranean cuisine and the ability to create an authentic dining experience that celebrates the region's rich food culture.
Guest-Centric Focus :
You understand that the guest experience is everything. You’re dedicated to ensuring that every customer feels special and leaves with unforgettable memories.
Operational Excellence : A sharp eye for detail, with experience in managing the logistics of high-volume service while ensuring consistency in quality and guest experience.
Multitasking & Problem Solving :
You thrive in a busy environment, are calm under pressure, and can make quick decisions to keep everything running smoothly.
Fluency in English  (additional languages like Spanish, Catalan, or Italian a bonus).
