Founded in Mallorca in 1890, Majorica is a jewelry brand deeply connected to Mediterranean heritage, craftsmanship and contemporary elegance.
As part of our retail expansion, we are opening a new boutique in Palma and looking for passionate talents to help us shape this new chapter for the brand in the island where Majorica was born.
Our boutiques combine product expertise, storytelling and emotional client experience in a refined and welcoming environment.

The Role
As Client Advisor, you will deliver a personalized and memorable client experience to both local and international clients while contributing to the commercial success of the boutique.
You will become an ambassador of the brand, building authentic client relationships through product storytelling, hospitality and attention to detail.

Your responsibilities will be:
Deliver exceptional client service aligned with Majorica standards.
Build long-term relationships with local and international clients.
Develop and maintain your client base through personalized follow-up and clienteling actions.
Support the successful opening and daily operations of the boutique.
Communicate the heritage, craftsmanship and collections of the brand with authenticity.
Contribute actively to individual and store objectives.
Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards.
Support store activations and special events when required.

What is important for the role:
Previous experience in premium retail, jewelry, fashion or hospitality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Service-oriented and client-centric mindset.
Interest in jewelry, fashion, craftsmanship and lifestyle brands.
Ability to work in an international and fast-paced environment.
Fluent German, English and Spanish required.
