Industrialization Engineer; M​/F​/D

Currently, we have 3 workshops in the north of Portugal, more specifically, in Ponte de Lima, Penafiel and Santa Maria da Feira. We are seeking an Industrialization Engineer to join our team, focusing on the planning and execution of new product industrialization.

You will play a significant role in the planning and execution of new product industrialization by:

• Managing all phases of new product industrialization, from receiving the technical dossier to validating the GoExpé.
• Ensuring the application of industrialization rules and best practices.
• Guaranteeing effective communication with internal teams (Logistics, Production, etc.).
• Optimizing manufacturing processes while adhering to cost, quality, ergonomics, and safety standards.
• Implementing analysis and control tools to ensure industrialization effectiveness and process optimization.
• Identifying and implementing improvements in manufacturing processes, contributing to increased quality and efficiency.
• Collaborating in defining the medium and long-term production plan, optimizing workshop capacity.

Is this position made for you

• Degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a similar field.
• You have experience in product industrialization, preferably in the leather goods and footwear sector.
• You are proficient in CAD tools.
• You possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• You are fluent in English and/or French.
• You are proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented, with a strong team spirit.
