Introduction to the function:
We are now looking for a key member to join our inhouse sourcing team to assist in finding talent for us globally to help take us to the next level. You'll develop innovative sourcing approaches, build and nurture a strong talent pipeline, and work closely with Customer Success and leadership to define needs, source top talent (including passive candidates), conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
You'll help drive a forward-thinking talent strategy for key growth areas while proactively making great hires happen through strong collaboration and communication.
Main duties:
- Take the lead on sourcing and delivering urgent hires globally, with a focus on fast-paced, short-notice contract recruitment.
- Partner closely with Customer Success to define, qualify, and prioritise urgent roles, ensuring clear understanding of timelines and delivery pressures.
- Coordinate interviews across internal delivery teams and external clients, managing scheduling and candidate communication end-to-end.
- Creatively source high-caliber Developers, Testers, Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, and Consultants using Linked In and other channels under tight time constraints.
- Build talent pools of candidates across Portugal, UK, Europe, India and the USA.
- Manage and optimize our recruitment/talent database, including updating hot-lists and ensuring candidate data accuracy.
- Collaborate within a high-performing in-house talent team, sharing knowledge, upskilling one another, and staying ahead of recruitment market trends.
- Format job descriptions and candidate profiles in line with Loop Future standards for client and project submissions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience recruiting technical roles, including contract or interim positions, either in-house or within an agency environment.
- Proven ability to source and deliver candidates under tight time constraints and shifting priorities.
- Strong understanding of software development, engineering, and technical roles, with the ability to effectively qualify candidates against project and client requirements.
- Experience recruiting internationally, with exposure to global talent markets.
- Confident and hands-on experience using Linked In Recruiter.
