At Lottusse, we are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to help deliver a premium in-store experience. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and close collaboration with the team to ensure the store meets brand standards and sales objectives.

What will you do?

• Assist and advise national and international customers, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience.
• Manage product replenishment, tagging, and in-store organization, always maintaining visual and brand standards.
• Support cashier duties and payment operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and uphold brand standards.
• Ensure the store's image and cleanliness are aligned with the company's style and values.

Minimum requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or sales, ideally in retail or luxury brands.
• Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and strong customer focus.
• Ability to work as part of a team and under sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of office tools and point-of-sale systems.
• Intermediate/advanced level of English; additional languages will be valued.
• Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
