** We are seeking
** Senior Computational Linguistics Expert focus on LLM-based experiences, conversational design, linguistic quality, AI interaction strategy**. You will lead the design and optimization of natural, safe, and effective conversational experiences across AI assistants, chatbots, and automated journeys. As a senior IC, you will
** apply deep linguistic expertise and UX thinking to shape how users interact with AI systems, guiding tone, structure, prompts, evaluation methods, and overall dialog quality**.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Own the design of conversational flows for complex use cases involving LLMs and multimodal AI.
* Craft prompts, interaction patterns, instructions, and system behaviors that yield consistent, high-quality model responses.
* Conduct linguistic and UX evaluations to identify friction, ambiguity, or user-experience risks.
* Analyze behavioral data from conversations to drive iterative improvements.
* Define tone-of-voice standards, content governance rules, and best practices for AI communications.
* Partner with AI researchers, data scientists, engineers, and product owners to shape end-to-end AI journeys.
* Create and maintain high-quality training/evaluation datasets for conversational models.
* Act as a subject-matter expert in linguistics, language pragmatics, user intent, and human-AI interaction (without people management).

* Education:

* ** Studies in Computational Linguistics, Philology, Applied Languages, or Similar Fields** . (Required).
** Professional experience
*** Experience with multilingual conversational systems. (Required).
* Experience working in cross-functional agile environments. (Preferred).
** Hard Skills**
* ** Deep linguistic background (semantics, pragmatics, discourse, conversation analysis) OR proven conversational design experience**. (Required).
* ** Strong experience designing conversational flows, scripts, or interaction patterns for chatbots, LLMs, or voice systems. (Required).**
* ** Expertise in prompt engineering and evaluation of model output quality**. (Required).
* Strong UX writing, microcopy, and content strategy skills. (Required).
* Ability to interpret conversational analytics and propose data-driven enhancements. (Required).
* Experience working in cross-functional agile environments. (Required).
* Familiarity with annotation frameworks and linguistic labeling methods. (Preferred).
* Exposure to safety, bias, and compliance reviews for AI systems. (Preferred).
* Understanding of financial-services communication requirements. (Preferred).
