Now, we're looking for a dedicated Front Desk Agent to help us continue offering outstanding service to our diverse community of guests.

Your Role:

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first smile that welcomes our guests and the foundation of our hostel's operations. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

Warmly greeting guests and facilitating seamless check-ins and check-outs.

Sharing insights about local attractions, events, and must-visit spots.

Handling reservations, addressing inquiries, and fulfilling guest requests with a genuine desire to assist.

Ensuring accurate and organized cash transactions while maintaining a tidy front desk area.

Collaborating closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold guest satisfaction.

Resolving guest concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring an uninterrupted and enjoyable stay.

Playing a pivotal role in maintaining a positive online reputation through exceptional guest interactions.

Proficiency in computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

A tourism diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in customer service for hospitality.

Proficiency in spoken and written English; familiarity with other foreign languages is advantageous.

Knowledge of the MEWS PMS highly valued.
