Foundever is looking for   French   and   English   Customer Support Specialists to join an international project supporting a leading company in the electronic device warranty and insurance sector.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, problem-solving, and working in a multicultural environment while developing their career within a global company.

Key responsibilities:

Manage warranty and insurance coverage for electronic devices.
Handle customer queries, incidents, and claims professionally and efficiently.
Provide customer support in French while using English as a working language.
Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Temporary contract (6 months) with real possibilities for continuity.
Hybrid work option available after the nesting period and achievement of campaign KPIs (up to 50% remote).

Working schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 18:00

Requirements:
Native or bilingual level of French.
Advanced English level (minimum B2).
Strong communication and customer-oriented skills.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Availability to work on-site in Seville.
