yThe   Fish Meal Plant Manage   r is responsible for leading the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the Fish Meal Plant. This role oversees the conversion of fish by-products into high-quality fish meal and fish oil while maximizing yield, ensuring product quality, controlling costs, and maintaining environmental and food safety standards

Monitor and improve plant KPIs, including yield, productivity, downtime, energy consumption, and operating cos

Process Optimizat
ion Optimize fish meal and fish oil manufacturing processes to improve product quality and operational efficien

Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, process stability, and waste reducti
on.

Analyze production data to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savin
gs.

Support commissioning and startup of new equipment and production lin

Quality & Food Saf

Qualificat
ions Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related fi
eld.
7+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing operati
ons.
3+ years of leadership experience managing production te
ams.

Experience in fish meal, rendering, seafood processing, food manufacturing, or similar continuous process industries prefer
red.

Strong knowledge of industrial processing equipment, dryers, presses, centrifuges, boilers, and utilit
ies.

Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodolog
ies.

Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving ski
lls.
