Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

Job Description

You lead the end-to-end material operations and logistics function, ensuring efficient flow from suppliers to customers. This role sits within the operations team and plays a critical part in meeting delivery, inventory, and cost targets while driving continuous improvement.

• Lead the logistics function, including procurement, planning, customer coordination, MRP management, and 3PL providers.
• Ensure on‑time customer delivery in full compliance with customer requirements.
• Manage inventory levels and premium freight to meet operational performance targets.
• Drive excess and obsolete inventory reduction through regular reviews and corrective actions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with 3PL service providers.
• Define and execute inventory audits, including wall‑to‑wall counts.
• Support new product and program launches to ensure logistics readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement across logistics processes and support cross‑functional teams.

5+ years of experience in supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field;
Master’s is a plus.

Experience with ERP/MRP systems, with familiarity in QAD preferred. Proven experience managing 3PL providers and warehouse operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with fluent English.
