Overview of the Role

We are searching for an engaging, deeply empathetic, and solutions-oriented Basque-speaking Customer Advisor to become part of our team, providing top-tier service to commercial airline passengers.

In this position, you will serve as the direct link to travelers, offering vital support across various interaction channels. Your main focus will be making sure every passenger enjoys a smooth, dependable, and high-standard journey—whether you are modifying flight arrangements, walking users through digital platforms, or answering account questions.

Key Responsibilities

• Omnichannel Communication:
  Process incoming traveler inquiries efficiently and professionally using phone channels, live web chat platforms, and email correspondence.
• Booking & Travel Administration:
  Handle passenger reservations, process flight updates, clarify ticket terms and policies, and manage necessary account modifications.
• Technical Guidance:
  Assist travelers with online check-in procedures, account navigation, mobile app troubleshooting, and digital booking tools.
• Problem Resolution & Empathy:
  Keep a calm, polite, and understanding approach when handling complex or stressful situations, turning customer concerns into positive experiences.
• Multilingual Service:
  Deliver fluent communication in Basque, Spanish, and English to assist both regional and international passengers and maintain clear communication with internal departments.
• Record Keeping:
  Input accurate summaries of customer interactions, operational notes, and resolution steps into Windows applications and Microsoft Office tools.

Candidate Profile

  Fluent proficiency in Basque (Euskera), advanced command of Spanish, and intermediate English (B1–B2 level) for using internal applications and operational documentation.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or an equivalent completed educational qualification.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Confident working in Windows OS environments with daily practical experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Work Experience:
  
  Background in customer service, call center environments, or the travel and hospitality industry is preferred.
• Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional spoken and written communication abilities across all specified languages.
  • Sincere empathy, patience, and a dedicated focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational capability with a proactive attitude toward resolving issues.
  • High energy, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative team spirit.

Position Terms & Benefits

• Work Model:
  On-site position (Presencial).
• Work Schedule:
  
  Rotating shift patterns operating between 09:00 and 20:00, Monday through Sunday.
• Base Remuneration: €19,623.64 gross annual salary.
• Incentive Package:
  Up to €1,200 annual performance bonus.
