In this role, you will be responsible to manage transformation projects within the foreseen targets. Your scope of activities will cover both SAP S / 4

HANA and SAP ECC.

• You take on planning, management, and control of cross-departmental DTservice projects, especially for SAP S / 4
  
  HANA and SAP ECC.
• You are responsible for the professional leadership of highly motivated project teams and cross-location collaboration with various stakeholders.
• You gather requirements from business units, structure them, and develop professional solution approaches.
• You plan, lead, and coordinate internal and external project resources.
• You oversee projects from initiation to successful implementation with business units, actively managing project risks and changes (budget, scope, timeline).
• You are responsible for progress tracking and ensuring compliance with time, budget, and scope objectives within project controlling.

• You have a university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field and ideally hold a certification in project management.
• You have relevant professional experience of 10+ years in DT project management and extensive experience as a project manager in multiple SAP transformation programs, with responsibility for their planning, execution, and implementation.
• You have experience with large-scale and global SAP projects, knowledge of SAP modules, and you are familiar with SAP integration to other enterprise systems, data migration, system performance issues, cybersecurity and compliance topics; experience with aftersales projects is a plus.
• You have a good understanding of SAP or other relevant implementation frameworks.
• You possess strong process-oriented, conceptual, and analytical thinking skills.
• You demonstrate a high level of initiative (hands-on mentality) and a highly structured as well as goal-oriented working style.
• You possess strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills and practice them across DT, business units, third-party vendors, and system integrators.
• You are experienced with organizational change management and adoption strategies to ensure end-user buy-in and successful go-live.
• You are a clear and effective communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders;able to manage senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.

• In this position, you will be employed by Syntegon Telstar, but you will primarily be working with the Syntegon group.
