As a Client Success Specialist, you will focus on the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). In this role, you will help new, fast-growing companies and innovative tech firms transition into our digital systems smoothly.
Your Main ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will serve as a strategic partner and digital expert, helping high-growth brands optimize their market presence and maximize their advertising returns.
- Client Management: Handle the entire onboarding process for new accounts. You will design smart "Pay-Per-Click" (PPC) advertising plans customized for many different business models.
- Expert Consulting: Carefully study what each client needs, then provide custom digital tools to help them reach their major performance goals.
- Campaign Management: Launch and run powerful ad campaigns designed to help companies enter new markets quickly and sustain long-term growth.
- Business Growth: Increase incoming revenue by finding new ways for clients to expand. You will use data to prove that their ad spend is driving real profits.
- Client Retention: Build strong, trusting relationships to ensure clients stay with us, becoming an essential partner in their digital growth.
- Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain highly detailed, flawless notes in our CRM software regarding every account update and client interaction.

Minimum Requirements:- Language
Skills:
Perfect written and spoken German and English (C2 level). This is required to handle complex business negotiations and collaborate with international teams. - Education: A Bachelor's degree is required. Holding a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is a major advantage.
