As a Client Success Specialist, your primary focus will be the DACH market (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). In this role, you will guide emerging, high-velocity enterprises and disruptive tech firms through a seamless transition into our digital ecosystem.

Your Main Responsibilities

In this position, you will serve as a strategic consultant and digital expert, helping high-growth brands optimize their market footprint and maximize their advertising returns.

  • Client Portfolio Onboarding: Oversee the complete onboarding lifecycle for new accounts, engineering intelligent Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising models customized to various business frameworks.
  • Expert Consulting: Evaluate unique client requirements to deliver tailored digital strategies that help them achieve their core performance metrics.
  • Campaign Management: Deploy, track, and manage high-impact advertising campaigns built to help companies penetrate new markets rapidly and maintain long-term scalability.
  • Business Growth & Upselling: Drive account expansion by identifying new strategic opportunities, using deep data analytics to prove that their marketing spend yields strong returns on investment (ROI).
  • Client Retention: Cultivate robust, trusting partnerships to ensure client loyalty, positioning yourself as an indispensable contributor to their digital evolution.
  • Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain flawless, highly meticulous logs within our CRM software tracking every account change and client touchpoint.
Candidate Profile

Minimum Requirements:
  • Language

    Skills:

    Bilingual or native-level mastery of both German and English (C2 proficiency). This is mandatory for navigating high-stakes business negotiations and collaborating with global teams.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required. Holding a Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Corporate Communications is a significant competitive asset.
  • Tech & AI Savvy: A forward-thinking mindset with a proven ability to integrate modern AI applications into your routine to increase daily output and efficiency.
