Leading company in the region since September 1993, dedicated to manufacturing, assembly, construction, design, marketing, import, export, and everything related to electronic circuits, electrical conduction cables, parts or components electrical appliances or computers, medical diagnostic equipment or other applications.

NPI Regional Manager
Position Objective:
The NPI Regional Manager is responsible to ensure the successful, timely, and cost-effective introduction of new products across the region, while aligning engineer, operations, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams.

Accountability & Responsibilities:
On-time product launches- meet project milestones and launch schedules.
Cross functional leadership- coordinate Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and Sales.
Manufacturing readiness- ensure processes, equipment, tooling, materials, and capacity are ready for production.
Ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
Support cost targets and identify opportunities for efficiency.
Identify and mitigate technical, operational, supply-chain, and launch risks.
Establish common NPI processes and best practices across manufacturing sites.
Capture lessons learned and improve future product launches.
Coach NPI Managers on Standards;
Problem solving and best practices
Promote cost reduction activities through OPEX methodology.

Education & Experience

Minimum Education:

Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. MBA preferred.
7+ years’ experience in industrial manufacturing company.

Experience with a lean / six sigma manufacturing environment preferred.
Passionate about his/her own initiative and willingness to drive change.
Problem-solving techniques (8D, 5 Whys, etc.)
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques.
Target-based and results oriented mindset working towards quick and effective solutions in an entrepreneurial style.

Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate and distill financial information into operational language and operating metrics.
Strong written and oral communication skills is a coherent and logical communicator.
Strategic thinker who is comfortable and effective working both at a strategic and tactical level and can roll up his/her sleeves and remain close to the operations.
