Roldan Executive Search Group (  has been Exclusively retained by a   Global and Leading World Class Manufacturing Organization   to identify a high impact   "Sr. Director of Procurement for Mexico operations"  to drive strategic cost saving and sourcing initiatives, supplier transitions, and procurement excellence. This role is central to accelerating profitability, elevating procurement performance, and shaping long term supply chain strategy for a global and world class manufacturing organization.

Strategic Focus
1.

-  Manage and guide a seasoned group of Procurement Managers, as well as lead high visibility sourcing and supplier integration projects to achieve Cost Improvement Projects and Savings for the entire Mexico operations.
2.

-  Drive strategic negotiations and build long term, value driven supplier partnerships.
3.

-  Oversee Regional Procurement Teams and ensure flawless execution of Cost Improvement Projects, NPI and supplier development initiatives.
4.

-  Partner with senior leadership to execute transformational supply chain strategies that strengthen global competitiveness.
5.

-  Work closely with Headquarters on Cost Reduction Projects, Initiatives and Procurement Excellence.

Requirements to be considered
1.

-  10 plus years of as a Sr. Director of Procurement in a Global, Multinational Manufacturing environment, driving world-class procurement strategies and operational excellence.
2.

- Proven Experience and Strong Focus on Cost Improvement Projects   and   Savings   , as well as negotiations, supplier management, strategic sourcing, and Customs Compliance experience across North America.
3.

-  Bilingual (Spanish/English), with proven leadership, negotiation, and cross functional influence skills.
4.

-  Strong expertise with ERP systems and strong analytical and project management capabilities.
5.

-     EXCEPTIONAL   Leadership, Communication, Diplomacy, Emotional Intelligence, Interpersonal, Presentation and Influencing skills.
6.

-  Seeking a visionary leader who can inspire, guide, and elevate a seasoned team to achieve exceptional results and drive organizational success.
7.

- Experience with in the High Tech/Electronics, Contract Manufacturing, Automotive Tier 2 and 3, EMS, Aerospace industries is a plus.
