Position Objective

This position is responsible for developing innovative products and engineering projects while ensuring quality, performance, cost competitiveness, and on-time execution. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities

✔️ Design and develop new products and engineering solutions.

✔️Create 2D and 3D CAD models, prototypes, and engineering drawings.

✔️Conduct product testing, data analysis, and design validation.

✔️Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and product usability.

✔️Prepare technical documentation, engineering reports, and product specifications.

✔️Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects from concept through implementation.

✔️Collaborate with customers, suppliers, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams.

✔️Develop project cost estimates and support budget planning.

✔️Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

✔️Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of new technologies.

Experiencia y requisitos

Required Qualifications

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

✔️ 3 to 5 years of experience in product design, manufacturing engineering, or project engineering

✔️ Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)

✔️ Knowledge of product development processes (preferred)

✔️ Ability to interpret engineering drawings

✔️ Familiarity with Engineering Change Management (ECO/ECN)

✔️ Knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly)

✔️ Advanced English proficiency

✔️ SAP experience/knowledge

✔️ Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)

✔️ Understanding of mechanical design principles

✔️ Proficiency in CAD software (Solid Works, Creo, AutoCAD, or similar)

✔️Experience with product testing, validation, and technical documentation.
