GENERAL FUNCTION

Analyst coordinates and monitors all domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time, compliant, and cost-efficient delivery of goods. This role manages communication between carriers, warehouses, and internal teams, analyze transportation data, and supports continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics network. The Transportation Sr Analyst ensures accurate documentation, carrier performance tracking, and adherence to company and regulatory standards to maintain operational excellence in all shipping and receiving processes.

Coordinates export, import, and local shipments including carrier communication, pickups, and deliveries.
Monitors GPS systems and delivery schedules to ensure on-time performance.
Oversees container inventory within the plant and ensures proper allocation.
Prepares and maintains freight and performance reports/metrics.
Coordinates internal material movements within the plant.
Manages and controls seal purchases and inventory.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related field.
~Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (data analysis and reporting).
~ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Experience using SAP or other transportation management systems.

Experience with data visualization tool (i.e.: Power Bi, Tableau, Access)
Understanding of carrier performance management and cost control.
Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish).
