We are looking for a HCNP Partner Immunology who is driven, results-oriented, resilient, excellent communicator and negotiator, good interpersonal relationships, outgoing to join us in our team. Based in Tijuana.

About the role

Enhances and reinforces the alignment of UCB therapeutic choices with suitable patients in designated accounts and regions by cultivating strong collaborative ties with key healthcare professionals. Upholds UCB Operational Compliance to the utmost professional benchmarks as an integral aspect of daily activities. Maintaining adherence to compliant conduct is a fundamental requirement at UCB.

What you’ll do

Serves as the main contact point for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and local insurance providers.
Coordinates stakeholder management within each ecosystem as part of a multidisciplinary team.
The role of Immunology Mexico is centered on creating value, with a primary focus on creating value by engaging with HCPs and local payers.
Establishes networks of essential stakeholders within the local ecosystem when relevant.
Through robust business relationships with HCPs and payers and a deep understanding of UCB solutions, ensures the right therapeutic solutions are matched with the right patients at the right time.
Customizes tools to have an impact on HCPs based on their individual preferences.
Identifies and analyzes insights within each ecosystem to develop and execute impactful tactical strategies.
Connects relevant networks in areas of common interest to promote optimal care.
Understands healthcare trends and barriers, leveraging them to engage networks/systems.

Bachelor's Degree
Language

Skills:

Advanced English (preferred)
3-5 years in Pharmaceutical High Specialty Sales

· Deep Knowledge of Mexican Government Institution processes (Control Tower-IMSS, PEPMAE-ISSSTE and Specific Patient Process are preferred)
