Experienced professional with rich knowledge of Anexo 24, Anexo 30, IMMEX/PROSEC is preferred.
Responsibilities:
I. Daily Work
1. Complete the relevant transportation, customs clearance, and case closure procedures for the company's products from the origin to the destination.
2. Monitor the status of logistics and customs clearance, calculate the involved data, complete system entry and back filling, and file the relevant documents.
3. Complete the customs procedures related to the company's bonded business.
4. Ensure the accuracy of the company's bonded data and that the company's related business operations comply with customs supervision requirements.
5. Arrange transportation methods and vehicle loading to meet economic transportation requirements.
II. Assisting Work
1. Complete the service evaluation, assessment, and management of logistics suppliers.
2. Assist relevant departments in providing customs declaration-related documents and materials.
3. Feedback and collect government policy requirements, implement the bonded and duty reduction and exemption management system, and ensure the implementation of new policies.
III. Other Work
1. Complete data entry work and analyze data related to import business.
