Our Operations Team of OSI Food Solutions searches a Capacity Planning Specialist EU (m/f/d) in either Toledo, Spain/ Bábolna, Hungary or Ostróda, Poland.

• Coordinating and analyzing the overall EU volume flow for assigned areas, ensuring smooth planning and alignment across sites
• Managing end‑to‑end volume planning, including demand adjustments, allocation, promotional volumes, and volume transfers between EU plants
• Working with planning tools (Excel, SAP, SAP IBP), preparing scenarios, monitoring deviations and supporting continuous improvement
• Collaborating closely with local EU sites, sales, supply chain, finance, and logistics partners to maintain accurate and efficient planning processes
• Supporting stock management, analyzing demand trends, production and delivery performance and contributing to corrective actions
• Preparing reports on planning adherence, stock trends and demand evolution
• Participating in planning projects and supporting the annual budget allocation process
• Engaging in SAP / SAP IBP implementation, helping shape systems and processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analysis, or a similar field
• Experience in a complex supply chain manufacturing environment and in a coordination role involving planning, stock management or forecasting
• Analytical mindset with confidence in building and maintaining data analysis structures
• Autonomy in decision‑making
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proactive approach to process improvements and openness to change
• Experience with SAP is a significant advantage
• Very good English (written and verbal); additional local language skills are beneficial
