Great opportunity to support and develop the Customer Service Department for the geographical area of Spain and Portugal.
His/her main functions will be:
Description
• Management of Customer Service:
Receives, processes and issues customer orders until the invoice is paid (from order to cash), participates in the rapid resolution of incidents and involves third party departments if necessary.
• Constant contact with the central/factory and the Hub in Germany from where the logistics part of shipments is managed to keep customers informed about the evolution of delivery times, controls that customer demand matches delivery times of acquisitions.
• Telephone and e-mail support to local/international clients; participates in the monitoring of agreements with clients, detects problems or discrepancies and proposes solutions to them.
• Develops solid relationships with key people from clients and within the company thanks to adequate, clear, and relevant communication.
• Supervision and control of invoices:
Execute billing orders and generate billing documents.
• Manages the returns of any product in accordance with the quality procedures, ensures administrative connection with logistics, purchasing and quality representatives and meets the required deadlines.
• Liaise with logistics and warehouse for deliveries on time.
• Coordinate monthly inventory according to company requirements.
• Upgrade of customer/supplier/product database.
• Administrative support to various departments of the company (accounting, technical, commercial, etc.)
Searched Profile
The ideal candidate should have the following characteristics:
• Over 5 years' experience in Customer Sales Service.
• Valuable degree in Engineering/ Business Administration.
• Advanced level of English / Chinese is a plus.
• experience in handling customer orders and transaction processes are plus
• Analytical skills and strong problem solving ability.
• Excellent negotiation skills at various levels.
• Live in Vilafranca or surrounding areas.
• Good skills with Excel (pivot tables, etc).
• Sage X3 ERP.
