Job

As an Electromechanical Supervisor at Körber, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful installation and commissioning of our automation and material handling systems at customer sites. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with internal departments and subcontractors, and ensure that each project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest technical standards. Your work will be essential in transforming complex system designs into operational excellence, driving quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

You will supervise the installation, assembly, and commissioning of electromechanical equipment and automation systems on site.

You will ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with Körber’s quality, safety, and environmental standards.

You will coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring alignment and smooth communication throughout all project phases.

You will review and interpret technical drawings (mechanical and electrical) and ensure correct implementation on site.

You will collaborate with project management and engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

You will prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates for internal and client stakeholders.

You will act as a technical ambassador for Körber, representing the company with professionalism and technical excellence.

You have successfully graduated in Electromechanical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
, or a comparable technical field.

You have several years of experience supervising industrial installations, automation systems, or intralogistics projects
.

You have strong knowledge of electromechanical assemblies
, technical drawings
, and safety standards
.

You are proficient in English (both written and spoken) and comfortable working in an international environment.

You have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving.

You are open to national and international travel
