Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled  SAP IT Project Manager  to lead SAP implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and adoption of SAP practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete lifecycle of SAP projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Lead project teams by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper integration and deployment of SAP modules.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users on SAP functionalities.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on SAP projects.
PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of SAP modules and functionalities (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4

HANA).
Proficient understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
