* Administrative Support:

Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.

Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Communication:

Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Communicate on behalf of the CEO with different management levels to deliver messages clearly and accurately.

Research and Prioritization:

Research and analyze information to assist the CEO in decision-making.

Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Problem-solving and Decision-making:

Solve complex problems by applying new perspectives to existing solutions.

Exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.

Collaboration:

Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.##
