An outstanding opportunity for an experienced EA to join the Valencia office of a prestigious international investment firm. This highly regarded organisation operates globally, managing multi-billion-euro investment funds across the technology and digital sectors. With offices across Europe and the US it combines the professionalism of a leading investment house with the entrepreneurial culture of an innovative international business.
As the firm continues to expand, they are seeking an exceptional EA to become a trusted business partner supporting four senior Principals.

The Role   Complex diary and calendar management
International travel planning and logistics
Meeting coordination and preparation
Coordinating across international offices and stakeholders
Managing changing priorities with confidence and discretion
Acting as a trusted partner, anticipating needs and solving problems proactively
Providing high-level administrative and operational support as part of a close knit team
Ideal Applicant   Significant experience supporting senior executives
Native-level English (essential)
Desire to be based in Valencia
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
Excellent judgement, discretion and professionalism
Outstanding attention to detail
The ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
A collaborative mindset and genuine enjoyment of working within a close-knit team
Spanish is not required
Visa support for the right candidate needing to relocate
