COSCO Shipping Lines (Spain) S.A. is seeking for a   Warehouse Assistant (m/f/d)   to join the supply chain department in   Barcelona or Valencia   .

Main Responsibilities & Tasks
Coordinate and support daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock control records
Organize and coordinate transport activities related to warehouse operations
Collaborate closely with Customer Service and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
Identify potential stock issues proactively and implement preventive solutions
Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and operational standards

Requirements
First experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics coordination is an advantage
Strong ability to anticipate and resolve potential stock and supply issues proactively
Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple departments
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
