Art Director; iGaming

We are looking for an experienced Art Director to lead the artistic vision and execution of iGaming projects. This role requires a strong balance of creative direction, hands‑on artistic expertise, and team leadership. You will be responsible for maintaining high visual standards, ensuring alignment with global market expectations, and guiding artists from concept to final delivery.

Role is based in Valencia, Spain (relocation support is provided by the company).

• Oversee the artistic direction of projects and lead assigned art teams throughout the full production cycle.
• Ensure final visual quality meets artistic guidelines, technical constraints, and project timelines.
• Contribute to the creation of visual materials from concept stage to final production when needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities and schedules to meet deadlines.
• Review and evaluate graphic assets to ensure consistency, quality, and relevance.
• Maintain quality control standards and identify opportunities to optimize art workflows.
• Foster a constructive and collaborative working environment across departments to ensure efficient production processes.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Art Director or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of real‑time production pipelines, industry‑standard tools, workflows, technical limitations, and budgeting considerations.
• Creative mindset with openness to new visual ideas and evolving aesthetics.
• Strong artistic taste and the ability to work across multiple art styles.
• Proven experience creating artwork in realistic and semi‑realistic styles (portfolio).
• Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of artists.
• High attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Awareness of global markets, player behavior, and international visual trends.
• English – at least Upper‑intermediate level.
