En TIBA necesitamos reforzar nuestro equipo de Customer Service - Solar Energy en Valencia, para seguir impulsando un servicio excelente, ágil y orientado al cliente.

Realizarás el seguimiento y mantenimiento de los proyectos logísticos de Solar Energy, gestionando la relación con clientes y garantizando su fidelización a través de un servicio ágil, excelente y orientado a sus necesidades.

• Realizar el seguimiento de los proyectos de Solar Energy, desde el embarque hasta la entrega en destino.
• Mantener una comunicación continua con clientes y corresponsales, asegurando su fidelización.
• Elaborar cotizaciones a clientes, realizar su seguimiento y contribuir a la generación de nuevas cargas.
• Gestionar fletes y negociar tarifas con determinados proveedores, como navieras y agentes en destino.
• Gestionar el prebooking y coordinarte con los equipos de Operations para garantizar una operativa eficiente.
• Atender consultas relacionadas con cotizaciones, tarifas y operaciones, aportando una respuesta ágil al cliente.
• Gestionar y resolver incidencias relacionadas con las ofertas, manteniendo informados a clientes y corresponsales.
• Hacer seguimiento de los routings y ofertas de corresponsales.
• Coordinarte con diferentes áreas como Sales, Operations, Customs y Administration, asegurando una gestión integral de cada proyecto.

• Formación en Comercio Internacional, Transporte o Logística.
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en la posición (Forwarding / Transitaria).
• Nivel intermedio–avanzado de inglés.
• Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (paquete Office, entorno Windows, Salesforce …).
• Alta capacidad de adaptación, ganas de aprender y clara orientación al cliente (interno y externo).
• Buenas habilidades comunicativas y de negociación.
• Orientación a objetivos y trabajo en equipo.
