We are looking for an Application Support Engineer II with a developer’s mindset and a passion for AI‑driven efficiency. Based in our Valencia hub, you will serve as the technical bridge between internal operations and core Engineering squads. This role is ideal for junior developers, tech enthusiasts, or anyone eager to leverage modern AI tools to automate workflows and deepen system exposure.

• Deep‑Dive Troubleshooting:
  Triage and resolve Tier‑2 internal application bugs by analyzing code behavior, system logs, and data flows.
• Bridge to Core Engineering:
  Work hand‑in‑hand with core backend/frontend squads, isolate Tier‑3 bugs, assist with database structural changes, and deploy toolsets that maintain platform stability.
• AI & Automation First:
  Use AI‑coding assistants, LLMs, and other tools to automate repetitive tasks, build scripts, and optimize support infrastructure.
• Architect Documentation:
  Translate complex system behaviors into clear technical documentation for Tier‑1 teams and internal alignment.

• 1–5 years of experience in software development, technical application support, or a strong programming foundation (Junior Developer profiles welcome).
• Developer mindset:
  Ability to read code, understand logic, and navigate databases.
• Technical skills:
  Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Java, React, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ (or any strong programming language).
• AI Curiosity:
  Active experimentation with AI tools, prompts, or automation scripts to improve efficiency.
• Communication:
  Fluent in English; collaborate daily with engineering teams worldwide.
• Bonus:
  Experience in Fin Tech, payments industry, or handling database structural changes.
