Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of  early childhood  curriculum for remote delivery.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development to a team of  remote educators  .

Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in early childhood education across all programs.

Collaborate with program developers and technology teams to enhance virtual learning environments.

Monitor student progress and engagement, providing feedback to educators and families.

Manage program logistics, including resource allocation and communication strategies for  remote operations  .

Requirements

Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in  early childhood education  , with significant experience in leadership roles.

Demonstrated experience in managing or leading educational programs in a  remote  or online capacity.

Expertise in child development, pedagogy, and curriculum design for young learners.

Strong understanding of virtual learning technologies and platforms.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
