• Anticipateteamresourcingneedsandleadrecruitmenteffortstomaintainoptimalteamstructureandcapacity.
• Collaborate cross functionally with Account Management, Design, Compliance, and Development teams to ensure all product initiatives meet business, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Driveproductandprocessimprovementsfromasupportandbrandenhancementperspective,promotingcontinuousdevelopmentandinnovation.
• Establishcleargoals,prioritize workloads,andmonitorprogressinalignmentwithbusinessprioritiesandcompliancerequirements.
• Buildandmaintainstrong,responsiverelationshipswiththe

  Management team,ensuringtheirneedsarefullyunderstoodandmetinatimelymanner.
• Serveasakeyliaisonwithseniorleadership,ensuringcommunicationisclear,consistent,andalignedwithcompanygoals.
• Nurturepositiveworkingrelationshipswithstakeholdersacross Product,Design,Development,and Deliveryteamstofacilitatesmoothcollaborationandsharedsuccess.
• Supportdeliveryteamswithproductknowledgeanddecision-makingasneeded,mediatingtoresolveroadblocksandensurepositiveoutcomes.
• Ensureallbrandsundersupportarereviewedonaregularbasis(daily/weekly),maintainingcompliancewith
  
  UX/UIstandardsandbusinesscommitments.
• Overseebacklogmanagementandensurecontinuousimprovementsinsupportbrandqualitythroughteam-ledinitiatives.
• Promoteconsistentbrandmonitoringpracticeswithintheteamandintroduceprocessimprovementsasneeded.
• Developdeepproductknowledgeofeachbrand,includinguniquefeatures,marketpositioning,andpartnerrelationships,andmaintainastructuredinternalknowledgebase.
• Deliverclear,accurate,andinsightfulweeklyreportsontime,providingvisibilityintofeaturereleasesandtheirimpactacrossbrands.
• Consolidateinputfrominternalteamsanddepartmentstoensurereportingiscomprehensiveandalignedwithbusinessobjectives.
• Promotedata-informed decision-makingbyensuringreportsreflectanuancedunderstandingofplatformactivitiesandsupportoutcomes.

• 5+ years in product managementwithini
  
  Gaming.
• Strongexperienceinmanagingmultiplebrandsandteammanagementisdesirable
• Familiaritywithregulatoryrequirementssuchas
  
  KYC,responsiblegaming,AML,reporting,andtechnicalcompliance.
• Strongleadershipandteammanagementskills,withafocusonmentorshipandteamdevelopment.
• Excellentstrategicthinking,withtheabilitytotranslatebusinessneedsintoproductrequirements.
• Exceptionalorganizationalandcommunicationskillstoaligncross-functional teams.
• Fluent English(verbal&written) isaMUST.Abilitytospeak Russianisdesired.
