Job Summary

We are looking for a Regional CRM Manager to lead our CRM efforts. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing customer lifecycle strategies to drive engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value. You should have a deep understanding of iGaming/online entertainment experience, and CRM best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage localized CRM strategies (Email, SMS, push notifications, onsite messaging, etc.)
  • Own the customer journey and optimize communications across all stages: onboarding, engagement, churn prevention, and reactivation
  • Plan, execute, and analyze CRM campaigns with a focus on personalization, segmentation, and ROI
  • Collaborate with product, content, design, and data teams to deliver relevant and engaging campaigns
  • Monitor KPIs such as retention rate, conversion, CLV, and churn — and proactively act on insights
  • Ensure all campaigns are compliant with local regulations and responsible gaming practices
  • Act as the main point of contact for all CRM-related initiatives
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or digital entertainment
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of the market and user behavior
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM tools and platforms (Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience in segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analysis
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Self‑starter with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
