We’re looking for a detail‑oriented CRM Executive (Junior/Middle) to manage promotional campaigns across email, SMS, and landing pages. You’ll ensure flawless campaign execution, optimize customer journeys, and analyze performance to boost engagement. Location: on‑site in Warsaw, Limassol, or Valencia.
Responsibilities- Prepare and manage promotional landing pages for marketing campaigns.
- Create and optimize HTML templates for customer communication.
- Develop and schedule SMS campaigns to engage and retain customers.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) for CRM campaigns to ensure flawless execution.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate local market‑specific CRM activities and campaign results.
- Optimize and improve automated customer journeys, creating new triggers and event‑based communications.
- 1+ years of hands‑on experience as a CRM Manager in iGaming or Betting.
- Excellent attention to detail with a track record of delivering error‑free campaigns under tight deadlines.
- Clear and proactive communicator, both in writing and in cross‑team collaboration.
- Ability to track, analyze, and report on email and SMS marketing results using core performance KPIs.
- Basic HTML knowledge, enough to edit templates and troubleshoot formatting issues.
- Practical experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Optimove, Send Grid, or comparable tools).
- Solid understanding of email and SMS marketing frameworks, compliance rules, and deliverability best practices.
