We're looking for an experienced Programmatic Specialist to join our marketing team!

As part of our in‑house media team, you'll be responsible for delivering top‑notch iGaming media plans, engaging consumers with our renowned casino and sports betting brands, and driving business outcomes alongside the marketing department.

Locations:

Open to candidates currently based in, or willing to relocate to:
Limassol, Valencia, Warsaw, or Lisbon.

Responsibilities
  • Managing display and video programmatic campaigns from start to finish including campaign planning, set‑up and implementation, pacing and optimization, and reporting.
  • Analyzing, tracking, and optimizing campaigns on an ongoing basis to proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.
  • Providing campaign reporting and presenting insights on impact and effectiveness.
  • Utilising programmatic advertising industry trends knowledge to develop and deliver media solutions that align with customer objectives.
  • Keeping up‑to‑date with DSP updates and training, and identifying areas of opportunity for improvement within ecosystem capabilities.
Qualifications
  • + 2 years of experience managing display/video programmatic campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, SSP, DSP, DMP, ad servers, ad networks, etc.
  • Experience working with Adform is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrating a measurable impact of campaign strategy and delivering customer‑focused results.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and stay on top of a constantly evolving suite of platforms, vendors, and inventory offerings.
  • Knowledge of creative trafficking and experience working with different creative formats, e.g., static images, HTML5, VAST, MRAID, etc.
