• Account management: from drafting winning proposals to managing budgets and seamless invoicing.
• Professional Vendor Liaison:
  Use your foundational finance and legal knowledge to act as a reliable bridge for our external design and art partners.
• Google Workspace Power‑User:
  Masterfully handle the essentials (Sheets, Docs, Slides) to keep our team organized and efficient.
• Detail‑Obsessed Analyst:
  Bring an "eagle eye" to our data, ensuring every record is meticulous, accurate, and high‑quality.
• Poised Communicator:
  Resolve challenges with a calm, solution‑oriented mindset and a talent for productive, professional dialogue.

• Relationship Coordinator:
  Be the professional point of contact for our network of new and regular design partners.
• Contract Guardian:
  Ensuring a smooth, organized document workflow.
• Invoicing Specialist:
  Manage the full payment cycle, from creating precise invoices to verifying successful processing.
• Departmental Liaison:
  Communication with Finance and Legal departments to ensure compliance.
• Reporting Expert:
  Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date reports that provide the team with clear visibility into project health.
