We’re looking for a detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team in Valencia. In this role, you’ll own payroll data accuracy, manage our KPI system, and support compensation processes that keep our employees motivated and rewarded.

• Prepare and validate payroll data (salaries, bonuses, deductions, one-off payments).
• Administer and improve KPI systems, ensuring accurate bonus calculations and analytics.
• Coordinate additional payments in line with policies.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Prepare regular C&B reports and support process improvements.

• 3+ years’ experience in HR, payroll, or C&B.
• Strong knowledge of labor/tax legislation.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (HiBob, Bamboo
  
  HR, Workday, etc.).
• English B2+;
  Spanish is a plus.

• Experience with KPI systems and HR process automation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
