At Acertto Talent Linkers, we specialize in the recruitment of highly qualified professionals at an international level. You can find our job openings .We are currently seeking Customer Service Agents for an international company operating in a digital and service-oriented environment. This role will be part of a growing customer service operation based in Valencia, supporting multiple European markets within an international and collaborative environment.

The selected candidates will play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience, acting as the first point of contact for customers and contributing to the continuous improvement of service quality as the company scales its operations.

Main Responsibilities Manage customer requests and incidents via phone, email, chat and other digital communication channels

Deliver clear, professional and solution-oriented support to customers and service providers

Ensure issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Monitor the quality of services delivered on the platform and take appropriate action when standards are not met Apply internal procedures and service guidelines to guarantee consistency and quality

Accurately record customer interactions, cases and outcomes in CRM and support tools

Escalate complex or sensitive situations to senior team members when required

Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective case resolution

Share customer insights and recurring issues to support continuous service improvement

Requirements

Native French, with professional proficiency in English Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, customer support or customer success roles

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail and service quality

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

Comfortable working with digital tools, CRM systems and support platforms

Interest in working in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment

Spanish is a plus
