How you make an impact.
You wow customers through phone, email, Whats App and chat interactions
You support customers throughout their entire journey, from product advice to orders and returns
You provide expert guidance and help customers find the right solution for their vehicle-related needs

What we value in you.
You speak native-level French
Additional language skills, especially Dutch, are considered a strong plus
You are available full-time (39 hours per week)
You have experience in customer service, sales, customer experience or a similar customer-facing role
You are highly educated and possess strong communication skills
You combine empathy with a commercial mindset and enjoy advising customers
You are proactive, dedicated and take ownership of your work
You enjoy solving problems and creating positive customer experiences
You are comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
You are digitally savvy and familiar with CRM systems and online tools
You are curious, eager to learn and motivated to become an expert in your field
Working hours.
The service operates
Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 21:00 and Saturdays between 09:00 and 17:00.
Flexibility to work within these opening hours is required.
