Descripción del trabajo
An international company operating in the Food & Beverage ingredients sector is recruiting a Customer Operations Specialist to support its French-speaking customers. This role involves managing customer orders, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent experience, fluent English, and at least 3 years in a customer service role. Familiarity with the food and beverage industry and experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
