Requirements   A native German speaker who communicates clearly and warmly.

Organized and focused, even when things get busy.
Motivated to learn and grow, whether that’s in sales, service, or something new.
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not essential. Training and support are part of the journey.
What You’ll Do   Connect with existing German‑speaking customers; no cold calls, just positive, helpful interactions.
Recommend high‑quality home brand products that fit each customer’s needs.
Spot opportunities to enhance orders and improve the customer experience.
Process orders efficiently using an easy‑to‑learn system.
