For this role, you'll be supporting 123inkt, one of the most trusted e-commerce brands in the Netherlands for printers, cartridges and office supplies.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the person customers rely on when they need help. Whether they have a question about an order, a delivery, or finding the right product, you're there to provide a smooth and positive experience every time.

• Help Dutch‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat
• Answer questions about orders, deliveries, products and returns
• Find quick and customer‑friendly solutions
• Guide customers to the right products when they need advice
• Work together with different teams to solve customer requests efficiently
• Make sure every customer leaves the conversation feeling heard and helped
• Every interaction is an opportunity to create a great customer experience.

• Are a native Dutch speaker
• Enjoy helping people and making their day easier
• Communicate clearly and with empathy
• Stay calm and solution‑oriented, even when things get busy
• Work accurately and pay attention to detail

• Good level of English
• Available to work on‑site in Valencia
