Dutch Outbound Customer Service Advisors

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to clarify or request customer documentation.

Guide customers through submission and verification procedures with clarity and professionalism.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation issues.

Provide feedback on recurring challenges and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.

Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (native or near‑native level).

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Familiarity with regulatory environments or documentation processes is a plus.

Commercial insights and ability to convince customers and key stakeholders about the necessity of keeping documentation up to date.

Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Comfortable working with computer systems and various software applications.

Experience with compliance or documentation processes is a plus.
