Working Hours:

Rotational shifts, 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

Dutch – Fluent/Native + English B2+

Full-time
Salary & Benefits    €1,300–€1,500 gross/month x 14 salaries, depending on the project

Your Responsibilities  As a  Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agent , you will:
Provide professional  customer support in Dutch  via inbound phone, chat, and email
Assist customers with  product and service inquiries
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
Follow established processes, procedures, and scripts
Maintain a positive, helpful, and customer-focused approach
Requirements    Fluent/native-level Dutch
English B2 or higher
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
Training & Development  You will receive  fully paid training  before starting the role, followed by a dedicated nesting period to help you transition smoothly into the position.
Regular training sessions, refreshers, and cross-skilling opportunities will allow you to continuously develop your customer service, product knowledge, and sales support skills.
