As a Customer Experience Specialist, no two days are exactly the same. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with questions, solving issues and making sure they have the best possible experience.

From answering customer queries and troubleshooting problems to guiding users through the platform, you'll combine your communication skills with your problem-solving mindset.

You'll work closely with your team, learn more about the fintech industry and continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience.

• Providing professional and friendly support to customers

• Answering questions and resolving customer issues

• Guiding customers through the platform and available services

• Troubleshooting and finding effective solutions

• Making sure every customer interaction creates a positive experience

• Working together with your team to improve processes and customer satisfaction

• Continuously developing your product and fintech knowledge

• Native-level French or German and C1 level in English (any other language is a plus)

• Clear and empathetic communication is crucial for effectively addressing user issues and guiding them through solutions

• Strong analytical skills help in resolving account, listing, and transactional challenges, often under time-sensitive conditions

• Ensuring accurate information, monitoring flagged content, and upholding community standards require a sharp eye for details

• Flexibility is needed to manage diverse queries in a fast-paced environment with evolving needs

• Working closely with colleagues to share insights and enhance support processes foster a cohesive and effective support team
