Aranese & Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Agent

Do you speak Aranese and Spanish? Put your rare language skills to work in banking customer service. You'll join a customer service team that supports clients of a leading bank in both languages. You'll start on-site in Valencia or Madrid, then move to a hybrid model (a mix of remote and office days) once you finish your learning period.

• Assist banking customers by phone and in writing, in Aranese and Spanish
• Resolve customer inquiries accurately and professionally, following banking service procedures
• Work with your team to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience

• Spoken and written proficiency in Aranese and Spanish
• High school diploma (Bachillerato) or equivalent
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Availability to attend on-site training
• Nice to have: previous experience in banking customer service
