Job Overview

The Medical Affairs Group Medical Science Liaison (MSL) role aims to maximize product value through high scientific quality communication with Leading Specialists on a peer‑to‑peer basis. The MSL is jointly responsible for achieving short‑term and long‑term company goals at the local level and serves as a therapeutic‑area scientific expert.

• Develop and maintain an activity plan aligned with the country and brand plans.
• Keep abreast of medical and scientific knowledge, product updates, patient treatment trends, and clinical activity.
• Develop and maintain a contact network with Leading Specialists and communicate product value.
• Conduct proactive and reactive scientific communication, following approved summary of product characteristics.
• Organize and participate in medical education activities, advisory boards, and market access discussions.
• Support local implementation of the Medical Affairs plan, including sponsored studies and registries.
• Provide scientific support to sales representatives and other company representatives.
• Report adverse events and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with GCO studies and other cross‑functional teams.

• Scientific degree:
  Medical Doctor, Pharmaceutical or Natural Science university degree, or related qualification (e.g., psychology degree).
• Deep knowledge of the therapeutic area.
• Strong research and interpretation of medical data.
• Relevant work experience and communication skills to be accepted by Leading Specialists.
• Highly customer‑focused with awareness of business results.
• Innovative ability to coordinate and drive a complex environment.

Base pay range: €38,000.00 – €60,950.00. Additional benefits include annual bonus, vacation days, parental leave (minimum 12 weeks), bereavement leave, caregiver leave, volunteer leave, well‑being reimbursement, financial, physical and mental health programs, service‑anniversary awards, and insurance plans.
